Mayonnaise Biscuits

The simplest biscuits you will ever make.
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Maldon Salt (optional)
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients using a rubber spatula. Only stir enough to fully combine the ingredients and scrape the sides of the bowl.
  3. Using a 1½ inch scoop, drop 12 biscuits on a cookie sheet lined with a silicone liner.
  4. If desired, sprinkle the top of each biscuit with a pinch of Maldon salt.
  5. Bake until golden, approximately 16 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and eat promptly.
